Borrowing Rules:
- All faculty, staff, and students of the university may use the books, materials, and equipment of the Center in accordance with these rules.
- Visitors must present a valid identification document and register upon entering the Center. Visitors are prohibited from bringing prohibited items, food, or beverages into the Center. When necessary, on-duty staff have the right to request that visitors undergo an inspection when entering or leaving the Center.
- Reference books, periodicals, and other materials in the Center's collection may not be borrowed. They may only be read or photocopied within the Center (photocopying fee: NT$1 per page). If a visitor removes, damages, or defaces any materials or books of the Center without authorization, the visitor shall be liable for damages. In serious cases, further action will be taken.
- Visitors are expected to maintain proper attire and cleanliness, observe silence, and keep the environment clean. Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Except for language translation devices and personal laptops, visitors may not connect to power sources or use electrical equipment without authorization. Violators may be asked to leave by on-duty staff, and serious cases will be referred to the relevant authorities for further action.
These rules shall take effect upon approval by the Center's Advisory Committee and shall also apply to any subsequent amendments.
